Pathwave Store (Business Operator) Service Terms of Use
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the Store Member regarding the use of the Pathwave Store Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by TRIGGER SOFT CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") to store operators.

- "Store Signal" refers to the identifiers (SSID/BSSID) broadcast by a Wi-Fi access point (AP) installed in a store, which the Company uses together with the location information of visiting customers' devices to recognize the store. Separate signal devices such as beacons may be introduced only after obtaining the permits required by applicable laws and following separate notice.

Additional Services are not included in the Paid Services fee, and partner stores also pay for them separately.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)
- The Company shall post these Terms on the service screen so that store members can easily recognize them.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendments do not violate relevant laws and regulations. For stores in the Republic of Korea it is 30,000 KRW per month (excluding Value Added Tax), and the amount charged including VAT is 33,000 KRW per month. Fees for stores in other countries (including currency and tax display) and the fee for additional routers are posted on the service application screen. - Prepayment for 1 year or more and use by multiple stores are arranged by a separate agreement with the Company (please contact us), and the fee, period, payment method (such as bank transfer), cancellation and refund follow that agreement.
- Additional Services are purchased on a quantity basis separately from the Paid Services fee and can be used for one month from the date of purchase; any remaining quantity will expire upon the expiration of the period. The minimum purchase quantity per order is 30 units, and purchases can be made in units of 10.

- Cancellation during use: The Store Member may cancel at any time, and after cancellation no fee is charged from the following month. A month already paid for may be used until the end of that period, and the fee for that month is not refunded. No cancellation penalty or activation/setup cost is charged.
- If a payment is duplicated or made in error due to a system error of the Company, a full refund will be provided.
- Additional Services: A full refund will be provided prior to the first use (first campaign assignment or first dispatch). However, after use begins, withdrawal of subscription is restricted in accordance with Article 17, Paragraph 2 of the "Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc." This information will be notified on the purchase screen.
- Cancellation and refund under a separate agreement under Article 5, Paragraph 3 (such as prepayment for 1 year or more) follow that agreement.
- The processing period for refunds may vary depending on the policy of the payment provider.

Article 9 (Notice Regarding Automatic Translation)
- Multilingual display of menu and store information is based on automatic translation technology, and differences from the original text may occur.
- The Company strives to ensure accuracy by applying a verified glossary for safety-related terms, such as allergies; however, due to the nature of automatic translation, completeness is not guaranteed.
Article 10 (Termination of Contract)
- Store Members may terminate the contract at any time by applying for termination within the service or through the Customer Center, and refunds shall be in accordance with Article 6.
